2018 Ghana Chess Olympiad Trials (Phase 2)
The phase two of the Olympiad trials for the men’s team took place from 28th March to 2nd April at the Dreamfort Chess hall in Spintex. The tournament sought to find the best chess players in the country to represent Ghana in the upcoming Olympiad to take place in Georgia September this year. Ten players in all were invited to take part in the round robin event under the time control of 1hr 30min per player with an increment of 30 seconds per move.
